Dominique Davis is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Cultivote. Prior to founding Cultivote, Dominique was the Director of Operations/Chief of Staff at the Harris County Democratic Party during the 2016 electoral cycle.
In her role she oversaw the day-to-day activities of the Party and organized fundraisers/special events such as Living Legends; the Luci Baines Johnson Dinner & VIP Reception; and the 2016 Johnson, Rayburn, Richards Dinner.
Prior to the 2016 presidential season, Dominique held the role as Regional Field Director for the Domingo Garcia for Congress Campaign and worked on a variety of electoral campaigns and communications/corporate culture projects throughout Dallas and Tarrant County.
Dominique hails from Dallas-Fort Worth and is a first-generation college graduate; she obtained a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma in 2008. Dominique currently is a member of the Emerge Texas Organizing Committee and a recipient of the 2018 A. Philip Randolph Institute, Houston-Tideland Community Leadership Award.
